Terms, privacy and refunds
Last updated September 2026.
These terms apply to every order placed on StarryStock. By placing an order you agree to them.
1. Who we are, and who we are not
StarryStock sells in-game currency for Roblox and for the DonutSMP Minecraft server. The trader behind the shop, the law these terms are governed by and the place your information is held are named in section 12.
StarryStock is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, Mojang Studios, Microsoft or DonutSMP. We do not act for any of them and they do not supervise what we sell. Roblox, Minecraft, DonutSMP and the other names on this site belong to their owners and are used here only to say which game an order is for. If you have a complaint about this shop, it is ours to answer and not theirs.
2. Services
Robux orders are delivered by sending Robux to the Roblox username you give us, using Roblox Plus. DonutSMP orders are paid in game to the Minecraft username you provide. The price displayed when you place an order is the price charged, and you receive the amount of Robux you ordered.
Robux can take some time to reach your account after we send them, depending on Roblox.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the Roblox username or Minecraft username you provide. The game accounts you order for must belong to you, or you must have the permission of their owner.
3. Age, and buying with a parent's permission
You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account here or to place an order.
This site is not for children under 13. We do not knowingly sell to anyone under 13 or keep personal information about them, which is what the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act requires of us in the United States. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13 we close it, refund any order that has not been delivered, return any unspent balance to the payment it came from, and delete the personal information we are not required to keep.
If you are under 18 you need the permission of a parent or guardian before you place an order. The card or wallet the payment comes from must be one you are allowed to use.
A parent or guardian can cancel an order that a person under 18 placed without their permission. Ask on the order page, in the support inbox or on Discord, and say which order it was. An order we have not yet delivered is cancelled and refunded in full. For an order already delivered we refund the amount paid where the in-game currency can be recovered, and where it cannot we tell you why. We ask for no proof beyond enough detail to find the order.
Where the law of your country puts a child's agreement to a service like this one in the hands of a parent, that permission is theirs to give. Each country in the European Economic Area sets that age between 13 and 16, and in the United Kingdom it is 13.
Because people under 18 use this shop, we hold it to what the United Kingdom's Age Appropriate Design Code asks of a service children are likely to reach. We run no advertising, we set no advertising or tracking cookies, we build no profile of you to sell you anything, and we sell nothing we hold about you. Section 10 lists what we do keep, for how long, and who else sees part of it.
4. Your account
Your Discord account is your account here. You sign in by pressing Continue with Discord. There is no password to choose and none to lose, so there is nothing to reset. If you had an account here before this changed, signing in with Discord opens a new one rather than the old one; orders you placed before then are still reachable from the link you were given at checkout and from the order's own message thread.
Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Whoever can sign in to your Discord can sign in here, so protect that account the way you would have protected a password: we cannot tell the two of you apart, and there is no second check behind it.
You do not need an account to buy. An order placed without signing in is kept on the private link you are given at checkout, and that link is the only way back to it.
One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer an account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not pay with a card, an account or a wallet that is not yours. Do not use this shop to move the proceeds of crime, to order for a game account you have no permission to deliver to, or to abuse a refund, a discount or a payment dispute. Do not attack, overload or probe the site, and do not take another person's identity here.
We may refuse an order, suspend an account, or close one that breaks these terms or that we believe is being used for fraud. A paid order we cancel is refunded in full. Unspent balance on an account we close is returned to the payment it came from, less the network fee where the return is in cryptocurrency, unless we are holding it against a payment dispute or an open investigation into fraud.
Our free coins are for real customers, one person each. Do not take them more than once by making extra accounts, do not put a referral code on an account that is really your own, and do not use software that buys for you or that plays the game for you. Where we decide someone is working around these checks, we may refuse the free coins, hold back coins that have not been sent yet, stop a referral payout, and close the accounts involved. Free coins are a gift and we can withdraw them. Money you paid us is different. An order you have paid for is either delivered or refunded in full, and closing an account is never a way for us to keep what somebody paid. If you think we have got this wrong, open a ticket and a person will read it.
When an account closes, whether you ask for it or we do, we keep the order, payment and support records named in section 10 as the record of a sale, and delete the rest.
6. Prices and payment
We accept cryptocurrency, card payments and site balance. The prices shown across the store are the card prices, and paying by card or from your site balance costs exactly the price shown.
Discounts are for account holders. Signed in, the launch discount of 30 percent and the cryptocurrency discount below both apply to your order. Signed out, neither applies and you pay the original price, which is the price shown to you on every page before you order and the price we charge. Signing in with Discord is enough; it takes one press and no password.
With an account, paying with cryptocurrency costs less, by an amount that depends on the coin: at least 20 percent less in USDT on Ethereum or BNB Chain, and at least 20 percent less in any other coin. Every one of those amounts is displayed, per coin, before you choose a payment method. There is a minimum of $2.50 on a card payment and $5.00 on a cryptocurrency payment; where an order is too small for one of them, that method is not offered and the page says so. Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page; your card details are never entered on or stored by this site.
Every price on this site is in United States dollars, and that is the whole amount we charge. We add no tax at checkout. If your card is held in another currency, your card issuer converts the payment and may charge you for doing so; that conversion and that charge are theirs and not ours.
Referral bonuses are paid in coins and never in money. If you put someone's referral code on your account before your first order, that first order receives 5 percent extra coins free, up to a maximum of 250 million coins on that order. The code has to go on before your first order, it goes on once, and it cannot be changed afterwards. Those extra coins are added to one order only.
Only one bonus is added to an order. Where an order qualifies for more than one of our bonuses, we add the largest of them and none of the others. A bonus that is not used because another one was larger is not lost if it is a reward held on your account: that reward stays on your account until it is used or until it expires.
The person whose code you used earns a share of the coins on each order you pay for. That share is 5 percent, rising to 8 percent and then 10 percent as more of the people they refer buy from us. That share is paid on the first 3 orders each person pays for and not on any order after those, and there is a limit of 250 million coins earned from any one person in total. Free coins added to an order by a bonus do not themselves earn a referral share.
Referral coins are sent to your Minecraft account on DonutSMP. You may ask us to send them at any time once you have at least 5 million of them. They cannot be converted into money, into site balance, or into cryptocurrency, and we do not buy coins back. Coins earned from an order that is later cancelled or refunded are removed, and referral bonuses are not paid on an order that was never paid for. We may withhold or reverse a referral bonus where the two accounts appear to be the same person.
Site balance is store credit. It can be used to pay for orders on this site, it does not earn interest and it cannot be withdrawn as cash. A top up paid with cryptocurrency costs the same percent less for the coin you use and still credits the full amount you chose, which is why an order paid from your balance is charged the price shown rather than a cryptocurrency price.
An order is queued for delivery only after payment has confirmed. A cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed, by us or by anyone else. We cannot recover cryptocurrency sent to an address other than the one shown, or an amount too small to be matched to your order. Where we return a cryptocurrency payment we send it to an address you give us, and the network fee comes out of it.
7. Cancelling, and refunds
A consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union normally has 14 days to cancel a purchase made at a distance. That right does not cover digital content already supplied, once the buyer has asked for it to be supplied straight away and accepted that cancelling is then no longer possible. Placing an order here is that request and that acceptance, because in-game currency is queued for delivery as soon as your payment confirms. What we give you in its place is below, and until an order is delivered it is the wider right: you can cancel and take your money back at any point before delivery, however long that is.
- An unpaid order may be cancelled from its order page at any time. No payment has been taken for an unpaid order.
- A paid order that has not yet been delivered is refunded in full to your site balance on request from the order page. If you prefer a cryptocurrency refund, request it on the order page; we will return the payment where this is reasonably possible, less the network fee.
- A delivered order is final. In-game currency cannot be returned once delivered. If a delivery was incorrect or incomplete, report it on the order page within 48 hours and we will correct it.
- Where a delivery arrives short of the amount ordered, we deliver the rest or refund the difference, whichever you ask for.
- If we are unable to deliver an order, you may correct the order details for a further attempt or receive a full refund to your site balance.
- A confirmed balance top-up is store credit. Conversion back to cryptocurrency is at our discretion and is subject to the network fee.
Please contact us on the order page before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. A payment dispute freezes the order until the dispute is resolved, and we give the card issuer the record of the order and of what was delivered.
We may cancel or refuse any order, including an order we believe to involve fraud or abuse, or one we are unable to fill. A paid order that we cancel is refunded in full.
8. Game platform rules
Purchasing in-game currency for real money may breach the rules of the game or platform concerned, and a platform may warn, restrict or ban an account as a result. You accept this risk when you place an order. Action taken by a platform against your account is not grounds for a refund.
9. Accessibility and equal treatment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. The site has not been audited against them, so parts of it fall short of that aim. Every page carries a skip link, headings and form labels a screen reader can follow, and works from a keyboard; when your device asks for reduced motion, the site stops moving.
If any part of this site stops you from placing an order, tell us and we will place it for you. Say what happened in the message thread on your order page, in the support inbox or on Discord. We will take the order details in whatever form suits you and complete the purchase on your behalf, at the same price and with nothing added for the help. Tell us about a barrier even if you got past it, because the next person may not.
We treat the European Accessibility Act, which has applied to online shops since 28 June 2025, and the Americans with Disabilities Act as binding on this shop, and we will fix a barrier you report rather than argue about which of them covers you.
We serve every customer on the same terms. We do not refuse an order, close an account or charge differently because of disability, race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, nationality or any other protected characteristic.
10. Privacy
The trader named in section 12 decides why and how the information below is held, and is its controller under the United Kingdom and European Union data protection law.
What we hold about you:
- Account. Username and your balance. Older accounts also hold a password (stored hashed, never readable) and a contact note, both from a sign-up form this shop no longer has; they are kept because deleting them would destroy the record behind orders already placed, and nothing reads either of them any more. The account record also holds an email address and whether it is verified. We do not ask you for one: the address we hold is the address Discord gives us when you sign in, recorded as verified only when Discord says it has verified it, and signing in never replaces an address already on your account.
- Orders. What you ordered and paid, the payment method, any transaction ID you submit, and the Roblox username, the gamepass link or Minecraft username you give us for delivery.
- Messages. Your order threads and support tickets, when a reply was read, and the address anyone writes to our support inbox from.
- Discord. The account ID and display name, if you choose to link one or to sign in with one, the reference Discord uses for its picture, the email address on that Discord account when you allow it, and that ID on any order you place through our Discord bot. We keep the record of a link after you unlink it or leave our server, as part of the account history behind your orders.
- Reviews. Your rating and review, published on this site under your username, cut to its first four characters, and posted in our Discord server the same way, with any link you wrote removed. If you review through our Discord bot, it is published under that account's Discord display name, cut the same way, and we keep a copy of that account's picture on our own server to show beside it.
- Minecraft accounts. If you buy a Minecraft account from us, we keep the login details of the account we delivered to you: its email address, its password and its two-factor secret. We keep them so that we can send them to you again if you lose them, and so that we can settle a question about what was delivered. The account is yours after the sale, and we recommend that you change its password and its two-factor secret as soon as you receive it.
- Security signals. Your IP address and what your browser reports about itself, recorded when an account is created, a support message is sent, a Discord link code is requested, or a free daily spin is taken.
Security signals detect automated sign-ups, spam and payment fraud. We do not publish which ones we weigh, because that would help the abuse they exist to stop. They are review evidence, not proof of identity, and never involve your location, files, contacts, camera or microphone.
Nothing we store about a sign-up decides on its own whether you may have an account. The only checks that can stop one are the verification box on the form and a limit on how many attempts one connection may make in a few minutes.
The free daily spin is one per person. To keep it that way we check the device and browser a spin comes from, keep a random number in your browser so that we can recognise the same device again, and link accounts we find are used by the same person. We keep all of this only in a coded form that cannot be turned back into the original. Linked accounts share one free spin a day. If you think we have linked your account by mistake, open a ticket.
A session cookie keeps you signed in, and the free daily spin keeps the random number described above in a cookie and in your browser's own storage. We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare counts visits for us without a cookie, as described below. To improve the shop we record which pages are viewed, for how long, and the text of the links and buttons pressed, under a random number your browser generates for the visit and ties to your account only while you are signed in.
We also count how many times each of our own on-screen messages was shown, and on which page, so we can tell when a form is refusing people or a fault is stopping sign-ups. That count keeps only our own wording, the page and the hour. It holds no session or account identifier, any value that appeared inside a message is removed before it is stored, and it is kept for the same 90 days as the rest of the shop measurement.
Why we hold it, and what allows us to:
- To take your order, deliver it, answer you about it and run your account: performing the contract between us.
- To stop fraud, spam and abuse, to keep the site standing, and to find where the shop is failing people: our legitimate interest in a shop that works and is not stolen from.
- To keep the record of a sale and to answer a lawful demand from an authority: a legal obligation on us.
Who else receives part of it:
- Cloudflare carries every request to this site and shields it from attack. It sees your address, the page you asked for and what your browser sent with the request, under the Cloudflare privacy policy. Cloudflare also counts visits to this site with a small script that runs in your browser. It records the page, the country and the kind of browser and device you used. It sets no cookie, it does not follow you to other sites, and it is never joined to your account or your orders.
- Stripe takes card payments on its own checkout page and receives the amount and our order reference. Your card details never reach this site.
- NOWPayments issues cryptocurrency invoices and receives the same.
- Mojang and GeyserMC are asked whether the Minecraft name you typed belongs to a real player, so your coins are not sent to a name that does not exist. We send them that name and nothing else. A Java name goes to Mojang and a Bedrock gamertag goes to GeyserMC. We never send your email address, your payment details or anything about your account.
- Public blockchain nodes are queried with the transaction ID you send us, to confirm your payment. We send them that transaction ID and nothing else. We never send your name, your email address or anything about your account. A payment on a public chain is public: the amount, the addresses and the time are readable by anyone, and neither we nor you can take that back.
- Discord is asked once for the picture on a linked account when you leave a review through the bot. We serve the copy ourselves, so drawing a review never sends your browser to Discord. Discord also confirms who you are when you use the Discord button, to sign in or to link, and tells us your account ID, username, picture reference, and the email address on your Discord account and whether Discord has verified it. When you press that button we also ask your permission to add you to our own Discord server, and we use it once, at that moment, to add you. It lets us do nothing else: we cannot read which other servers you are in, remove you from any of them, or post anywhere as you, and you can leave our server at any time. Your Discord password never reaches this site, and we keep no further access to your account.
- The game platform sees the delivery: we send Robux to your Roblox username with Roblox Plus, or pay your Minecraft username in game on DonutSMP.
- hCaptcha checks the registration and support forms, under the hCaptcha privacy policy.
- ipapi.is receives an IP address and returns information about the network it belongs to.
- Our email provider would carry a support reply or a password reset link. We ask for an address and nothing is sent to it, because no mail service is configured.
- Our own Discord channels receive order and delivery alerts, which can include an order message, a transaction ID, a Minecraft username or your account username, and published reviews. These channels are private to us.
Several of the providers above hold or move personal data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Each takes it under the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard set out in its own data processing terms.
Account, order, payment, support, delivered account and Discord link records are kept indefinitely, as the record of a sale. Security records are kept for up to 90 days, sooner if storage limits reach them. Shop measurement is kept for 90 days, rate records last minutes, and verification codes expire within 24 hours and are stored as hashes.
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with the providers above and where the law requires.
What you can ask us for. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop or limit what we do with it, object to our holding it on the ground of our legitimate interest, and ask for what you gave us in a form you can take elsewhere. You may request account deletion through support. We keep what is needed to finish an order, settle a payment dispute, investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation, and we tell you what was kept and why.
How to ask, and the limit on it. Unless Discord verified your address we have no verified way to reach you off this site and no way to check who a stranger is: an address typed into this site proves nothing about the person who typed it. A request made while you are signed in, in your support inbox or in the message thread on an order, is one we can act on, because being signed in is the proof that the account is yours. A request from the Discord account linked to yours is the same. A request that arrives any other way is one we cannot tie to an account, and we will refuse it rather than hand your information to somebody who is not you. If you can no longer sign in and have no linked Discord account, tell us on Discord what you can and we will do what is possible without exposing another person.
If you live in California, you may ask what we have collected about you, ask us to delete or correct it, and ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information and never have. The only thing we hold that California calls sensitive is your password, which is stored as a hash nobody can read back. We will not treat you worse for asking for any of this.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and you believe we have mishandled your information, you can complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Your connection to this site is encrypted and your password is stored as a hash. If information about you is exposed in a way that puts you at risk, we will post a notice on this site, tell the linked Discord accounts we can reach, and report it to the authority where the law requires that.
11. Limitation of liability
Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit to be limited. Nothing in them takes away a right that the consumer law of the country you live in gives you.
12. Business details, governing law and disputes
- Trader. This store trades as StarryStock and is run from the United States. Write to us in the message thread on your order or in your support inbox. Both reach the same people, both keep a written record, and we answer in the same place.
- Governing law and courts. These terms are governed by the law of the United States, and a claim about them may be brought in the courts of the United States.
- Where your information is held. The website and its database run on a rented server in Vietnam, and Cloudflare carries traffic to it through data centres around the world. Wherever your information is held, everything section 10 promises about it still applies, and we do not sell it or hand it to anyone who is not listed there.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection that the law of the country you live in gives you, and you may bring a claim in your own courts.
Tell us about a problem before you take it elsewhere. Write in the message thread on the order or in the support inbox and we will answer there. There is no arbitration clause on this page, and buying here gives up no right to go to court.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the terms in force when the order was placed.
14. Contact
Contact us through your support inbox, in the message thread on your order page, or on Discord.
